Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of MEPSO AD’s cyber-security awareness training platform (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform is an internal MEPSO tool intended for cyber-security awareness training of MEPSO employees and engaged persons. The Platform is not intended for public use.

2. Access and user accounts

Access is permitted only to authorized MEPSO persons, via corporate sign-in (SSO). The user account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for activities carried out through their account and must immediately report any unauthorized use or security incident to obuka@mepso.com.mk.

3. Acceptable use

The user agrees to use the Platform only for the intended training and in accordance with MEPSO’s internal policies. The following are prohibited: sharing access credentials; attempting unauthorized access or disrupting the security and operation of the Platform; and using the Platform contrary to law.

4. Intellectual property

All Platform content (courses, videos, texts, tests, certificates, and materials) is the property of MEPSO or its licensors and is intended exclusively for internal use. Copying, downloading, distribution, or publication of the content without MEPSO’s prior written consent is prohibited.

5. User obligations

The user must complete the assigned training, ensure the accuracy of the data in their profile, and maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.

6. Availability and maintenance

MEPSO strives to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Platform but reserves the right to temporarily restrict or suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation.

7. Monitoring and reporting

Use of the Platform, including training progress and completion, is recorded and may be provided to the relevant MEPSO functions for the purpose of monitoring training completion. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Terms

MEPSO may amend these Terms. The amended version is published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia.
